315MOM Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchasers of 315MOM magazine subscriptions (“Subscribers”) for both digital and print formats. By purchasing and/or accessing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscription Types & Pricing
315MOM offers two subscription options:
1.1 Digital Magazine Subscription
Price: $12 per year
Includes: 6 digital issues of 315MOM magazine delivered via an online portal.
1.2 Print Magazine Subscription
Price: $35 per year
Includes: 6 print issues delivered to the mailing address provided at checkout.
Also includes access to 6 digital issues of 315MOM magazine.
All pricing is listed in USD and may be subject to change. Pricing changes will not affect current active subscription periods.
2. Subscription Term & Renewal
Each subscription runs for a 12-month period from the date of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew.
Subscribers can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
3. Delivery of Issues
3.1 Digital Issues
Digital issues will be provided via an online portal.
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address. 315MOM is not responsible for delivery failures due to outdated or incorrect email information, spam filtering, or inbox restrictions.
3.2 Print Issues
Print issues will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct and up to date.
315MOM is not responsible for:
Missed deliveries due to address inaccuracies
Delayed shipments due to carrier issues
Damage occurring after delivery to the carrier
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
4.1 Refund Policy
All subscription sales are final, and refunds are generally not issued once the subscription period has begun.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of:
Duplicate purchases
Errors in processing
Other special circumstances at 315MOM’s sole discretion
4.2 Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for remaining months or issues.
Address or email changes must be submitted promptly to ensure continued delivery.
5. Account Access & Use
Digital access is intended for personal use only. Subscribers may not:
Share login credentials
Reproduce magazine content
Redistribute issues for commercial gain
All rights to content remain the property of 315MOM.
6. Content & Publication Changes
315MOM reserves the right to:
Modify publication schedules
Change formatting or layouts
Alter delivery methods
If 315MOM significantly reduces the number of scheduled issues, affected subscribers may receive prorated credit or an issue extension.
7. Communications & Privacy
By subscribing, you consent to receive transactional emails related to:
Delivery of issues
Account or billing matters
Subscription reminders or renewal notifications
315MOM respects your privacy and will not sell your personal information. Additional details are governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 315MOM is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses arising from missed, delayed, or damaged deliveries
Loss of access due to subscriber device issues or email filtering
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from the subscription services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of New York.

10. Amendments to Terms
